Town Court is in session every Monday. The two Town Justices hear criminal, civil, small claims, parking and traffic cases. The Justices also perform marriages.

The Court Clerk's office is located on the second floor in Village Hall and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm if you need to pay outstanding fines or fees.

The East Rochester Town Court is in session every Monday evening commencing at 4:30 pm. The Court also holds hearings and trials on various other days and evenings.

The Town Court has jurisdiction over cases involving all misdemeanors and violations that occur within the Town /Village of East Rochester. The Court also has jurisdiction over cases involving summary proceedings (landlord /tenant evictions), small claims of $3,000 or less, and all Village Ordinance Violations including parking tickets.
