Teen Volunteers

Love your library? Want to look good on college applications? The library needs your help.

The East Rochester Public Library is looking for volunteers to help out with children’s programs and other tasks that help keep the library running. Volunteers must be at least 12 years of age and volunteers under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian’s permission.  Pick up an application at the library today.

Catch basins will be replaced and milling & paving is tentatively scheduled for the last week of May and the first week of June. (48) hours prior to the milling and paving notices will be hand delivered to each property. We appreciate your understanding and will move as quickly as we can to minimize the disruption. Memorial Day Parade & Ceremony

May 25th, 10:30 am. A day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation’s service. Beginning at Debbie Supply, 453 W. Commercial St., many Veterans, marching bands and youth sports teams participate. At the conclusion of the parade, a memorial ceremony is held at the Gazebo in Edmund Lyon Park, 750 Main St.

Northrup Grumman, in collaboration with the USA Center for Economic Development, is offering free cybersecurity training to small businesses through an Air Force Small Business Office Mentor Protege Program. this workshop is open to all small businesses. Advance registration is required.
